Our Caregivers


All of Steadfast Caregivers' aides are carefully screened before being assigned to a case. Thorough background checks are conducted through a leading national security firm. Our in-office interview process requires multiple professional and personal references.

Many of our aides are CNA or HHA certified. Most have dementia care training, are CPR certified and have other specific health care experience and training. 

At Steadfast we have a high caregiver retention rate because our motivated aides are treated with respect and supported by our dilligent office staff. Many of our new recruits come to us through their friends who are already employed here.

Our caregivers are all employees, not independent contractors. All are doumented and legal to work in the United States.

Moreover, you will have an opportunity to meet, interview, and approve the aide we've selected for assignment prior to starting service.
